Returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued, if Cultiva Kingdom determines, in its sole discretion, that the relevant Inventory Items have been worn, are damaged or otherwise in a worse condition than they were in when dispatched by Cultiva Kingdom.
Returns will not be accepted of intimate Inventory Items (such as face masks, underwear and bathing/swimming-related items) or where Cultiva Kingdom determines that a return would be inappropriate on grounds of health, safety or hygiene (such as earrings for pierced ears).
All returns to Cultiva Kingdom should be dispatched using a trackable method of delivery. If a tracking number cannot be provided and the return is not received by Cultiva Kingdom, the customer will be liable for the full replacement value of the Inventory items.
We offer all of our customers the opportunity to return a product they have bought for up to 30 days from purchase date. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We ask you to keep receipts or any other proof of purchase.

To prove the longevity of our garments, we want to ensure each item is recycled after use and put back into our circular system of materials. When finished with your garment, email us at sales@cultivakingdom and we will send you a return label free of charge. You will then receive a 25% discount off your next purchase. These garments are often remade into new products or sold through our second hand thrift shop.
