Orders and Shipping
1. When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
We want you to receive your Cultiva products as quickly as possible. We do our best to ship your order the following business day after you make a purchase. Please keep in mind, our delivery services do not work the weekends and national holidays. This means orders received on Friday will be sent out the following Monday. Once your package is shipped, we’ll email your tracking number; this may take up to 24 hours.

2. Can I change my order once it’s been submitted?
We move pretty quickly once you hit the Submit button. If we haven’t shipped your order yet, contact our customer service team via sales@cultivakingdom.com. If we have the chance to change the order, we will do our best to do so. 
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (GMT).
3. Does Cultiva Kingdom ship internationally? 
Cultiva Kingdom has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Hermes International to fulfill orders for our international customers anywhere in the world. Simply choose the "International Checkout" option when you're ready to check out. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. You can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal.  
4. How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear while the package is delivered to the shipping facility. Please be patient and check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.
5. What kind of packaging do you use to ship orders?
We incorporate as much recycled material as possible and reduce plastic wherever we can. Therefore, we use 100% biodegradable corn starch packaging, staying inline with our commitment to helping the planet.

6. What is Cultiva Kingdom's Return Policy?

7. Where do I return my items?
If you wish to return a product, please email our team at sales@cultivakingdom.com with our order number for a return label.
We will credit your original form of payment if purchase was in the last 30 days or a gift card will be issued via email when your claim is approved.

8. How do I ensure Cultiva Kingdom's products fit me?
To find your size, follow the measurement sizes found on each product's profile. 
Circular Design and Rentals
9. What is Cultiva Kingdom's Circular Policy?
To prove the longevity of our garments, we want to ensure each item is recycled after use and put back into our circular system of materials. When finished with your garment, email us at sales@cultivakingdom.com and we will send you a free return label. You will then receive a 25% discount off your next purchase. These garments are often remade into new products or sold through our second hand thrift shop.
10. What is the relationship between Cultiva Kingdom and Reason to Rent?
Reason to Rent provides a service which allows customers to borrow and rent garments which otherwise would end up in landfill. By diverting our unsellable inventory from the landfills, we are transforming a linear apparel system into a circular one. If you wish to rent Cultiva garments instead, click the link below.
